CAT 3406E (Prefix 5DS or 1LW) Fault Code: 62 PID: 111 SPN: FMI: 11 Very Low Coolant Level

The Engine Control Module (ECM) detects the following conditions:

•The coolant level is very low for more than 30 seconds.
•The “Coolant Level Sensor” parameter is programmed to “Yes”.

Probable Causes:

1) Coolant level
2) Coolant level sensor/harness
