At Diezeltuner, we stand behind our diagnostic software and professional tools. This policy outlines our refund procedures.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — REFUND POLICY

- Installation Failure — We cannot complete installation due to our technical limitations
- Product Malfunction — Software does not work as described or promised
- Wrong Product — We delivered incorrect software or tuning files
- Compatibility Issues — Product incompatible with your system (verified before purchase)
Refund Timeframe: 14 days from the date of receiving your digital product or completing installation.
As all our products are digital, no physical return shipment is required. Refund requests are handled electronically — contact us at sales@diezeltuner.com with your order number and reason.

2. DAMAGES & ISSUES
Contact us immediately at sales@diezeltuner.com if the product is defective, not as described, or incorrect — we'll make it right.
3. EUROPEAN UNION — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the day you receive the last item of your order.
How to exercise your right: Initiate a cancellation or return via the "Returns and cancellations" link in our store, or contact us at sales@diezeltuner.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Cancellations: If your order has not yet been fulfilled, cancel it directly through your account.
Returns: If your order has already been fulfilled, request a refund within the 14-day window — provided the digital product has not been downloaded or activated.
Refunds: Once your request is verified, we will refund your payment within 14 days to your original payment method.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that have been downloaded or activated, or to custom/personalized software configurations.
