This fault is logged when the ECM commands the Centinel? oil control valve ON and detects a lower signal voltage than expected at the output.

Possible causes:

1)Short circuit to ground in the oil control valve or engine harness.
2)Faulty ECM circuit
3)Low internal resistance of Centinel? oil control valve.

Possible repairs:

1)Replace the Centinel? oil control valve.
2)Replace the ECM.
3)Repair or replace the engine harness.
