2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Software & Tuning Files:

• All digital products are delivered electronically via email or download link
• Products are licensed for single-user/single-PC use unless otherwise specified
• Remote installation support is provided via TeamViewer or AnyDesk
• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except for faulty files

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Hardware & Tools:

• Physical products are shipped worldwide from our warehouse
• Processing time: 1-3 business days
• Returns accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging
• Customer pays return shipping costs

4. PAYMENT TERMS

8. REFUND POLICY

Refundable Cases:

• Software doesn't work as described
• We cannot complete installation due to our technical limitations
• Wrong product delivered

Non-Refundable Cases:

• Customer computer issues (virus, hardware failure)
• License expiration (natural end of license period)
• Customer changes PC hardware after installation
• Conflicts with other software installed by customer

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, tuning files, and content are proprietary to Diezeltuner and protected by copyright laws. Purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of the intellectual property.
